Shrimp with Tomato Sauce

Ingredients
(serves 4-6):
| 1 lb |
Shrimp, deveined |
| 2 |
Tomatoes, cut into small wedges |
| 2 |
Bell Peppers, one green,
one red, diced |
| 2 Tsp |
Ketchup |
| 1 Tsp |
Sugar |
| ½ tsp |
Salt |
| ¼ tsp |
Pepper |
| 2 tsp |
Cooking Oil |
Directions:

Season shrimp with salt and pepper.

Heat 1 tsp oil in wok. Cook shrimp for 3 minutes until just pink.

Set shrimp aside.

Heat remaining oil. Stir fry tomatoes, ketchup, red and green
peppers on medium to high heat until peppers are tender.

Add shrimp and sugar. Cook for 5 minutes.

Serve over rice or noodles.
