Pork Spare Ribs in Black Bean Garlic Sauce

Ingredients
(serves 4-6):
| 1 lb |
Short Pork Ribs, in 2-inch pieces |
| 1 Tsp |
Lee Kum Kee Black Bean Garlic Sauce |
| 2 Tsp |
Lee Kum Kee Chicken Marinade Teriyaki |
| ½ |
Onion, chopped |
| 1 |
Green Pepper, cut into small chunks |
| 1 cup |
Water |
| ½ Tsp |
Chicken Broth Powder |
| 1 Tsp |
Sugar |
| 1 Tsp |
Cooking Oil |
Directions:

Heat 1 tsp of oil in wok. Stir fry onions and green pepper for about
2 minutes. Put aside.

Heat remaining oil in wok. Add the spare ribs, Black Bean Garlic Sauce,
Chicken Marinade Teriyaki, chicken broth powder and sugar.
Cook for about 20 minutes.

Add water. Bring to boil and change to low heat. Simmer for 10 minutes.

Add onions and pepper and simmer for another 10 minutes
until most liquid boils off.

Serve with rice or stir fried Chinese green vegetables such as Bok Choy.
