Add sliced lotus root stirring over medium heat for 5 minutes
until lightly brown. Add 1 Tsp cooking wine, and cook, stirring
about 2 minutes. Add 2 Tsp fi sh sauce, stirring for 1 minute,
and add 1/2 Tsp sugar simmer over medium heat for 2 minutes.
add Chinese sausage cook for 1 minute and serve.
