Ox Tail Soup

Ingredients
(serves 4-6):
| 1½ lbs |
Fresh Ox Tails |
| ½ lb |
Tomatoes, cut into quarters |
| 2 |
Carrots, sliced |
| 2 |
Potatoes, peeled and cubed |
| 1 |
Small Cabbage, cut into strips |
| 1 |
can Campbell’s Tomato Soup |
Directions:

Cover the ox tails in cold water and bring to a boil to remove the fat. Pour out the water.

Simmer the ox tails in 2 quarts of fresh water for an hour.

Add all remaining ingredients except the can of Tomato Soup.

Simmer for another 2 hours.

Add Tomato Soup. Simmer for 10 minutes.

Season to taste.
