Seafood Teriyaki

Ingredients
(serves 4-6):
| ½ lb |
Scallops |
| ½ lb |
Shrimps, deveined
|
| 6 oz |
Imitation Crabmeat
|
| 6 oz |
Baby Bella Sliced Mushrooms
|
15 oz/
1 Box |
Tofu
|
| 1 Tsp |
Cooking Oil
|
| 3 Tsp |
Teriyaki Marinade
|
| 1 tsp |
Chicken Broth Powder
|
| 1 tsp |
Minced Garlic
Sugar, White Pepper |
Directions:

Boil a pot of water till it boils. Put seafood
into boiling hot water

Turn off heat. Remove and drain dry.

Heat oil and garlic in wok. Add seafood
over medium-high heat, turning the pieces
constantly for approx. 2 – 3 minutes.

Add tofu and mushrooms. Stir Fry for a few
minutes.

Add Teriyaki Marinade and Chicken Broth
powder. Stir Fry for another 3 minutes.

Sugar and White Pepper to taste.
