Celebrate Groundbreaking of Five Community Gyms

On Monday, June 29 the Orlando Magic and Orange County celebrated the groundbreaking
of five community gyms at South Econ
Community Park. Orlando Magic Chief Operating Officer
Alex Martins,
Orange County Mayor Richard T. Crotty and Orange County
Commissioners were on hand for the groundbreaking celebration.
The Orange County Orlando Magic Recreation Centers include a
24,398 square foot building
at each of the following fi ve locations. The
community gyms are being donated and built
by the Orlando Magic,
while Orange County will operate and maintain the centers.
