Universal Orlando Asian Pacific Heritage Month
Asian Pacific Heritage Cultural Fair was one of several events the
Diversity Task Force at Universal Orlando organized in the month of
May. Over 300 team members attended the event which included
exhibitors from Asia Trend Magazine, Teri Mitchell (Japanese Tea
Ceremony, Shodo calligraphy), Anne Tsoi of China Garden (chopstick
etiquette), Madame Wu (Tai Chi), Tabitha Miller (Feng Shui), Peter
Lau (Chinese calligraphy), Sreenivas Jarugula (Hindu Society), Betsy
Hoagg (Central Florida Bonsai Club), Joyce Froelich (Philippines
booth), and many students from the UCF Asian Student Association.
Universal Orlando team members also had an
origami table (Akiyu Elguennich) and a henna station.
