The 2nd annual “Taste of Asia” event opened a month long of celebrations of
Asian American Heritage Month at UCF in March.
“Taste of Asia”, took place in front of the Student Union,
featured some unique dishes of China, India, Japan, Korea,
Philippines and Vietnam. The function drew several hundreds UCF students
from all ethnic groups. Donation was accepted to benefi t the Operation
Smile Foundation. Some of the foods were sponsored by China Garden Restaurant,
Viet Huong Vietnamese Restaurant and Korean Kitchen.
